At New Caffè Battisti in Nardò we tasted the new cocktail Girofle Rosé: Azienda Monaci Girofle, passion fruits liqueur and vodka.
"Pink is the night" is the first date of summer 2011 with the G-taste (G as Severino Garofano). This drink was very special, accompanied by finger food of Modò Restaurant. Our barman Gabriel Marsina explains the cocktail. There's also an interview with the manufacturer of Girofle, Stefano Garofano.
